Fridays at 4 PM – September 15 – November 17, 2017

Hang out with us each week as we play games, watch movies, and create some lasting memories.We will be featuring XBox Kinect and Nintendo Wii gaming systems and some exciting tabletop games. We will not meet on holiday weeks. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.

Note: No Teen Scene on October 27, 2017 because of the 80’s Party

Straight-Talk on Medicare Presented by Joe Garcia, President of SMG Health

Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 1 PM

Straight-Talk Q&A Session on Medicare and the Medicare health plans. This is geared to help people who are new (or soon to be new) to Medicare, understand their Medicare options and the benefits of Medicare health plans. There is no cost to attend and no obligation to enroll into any program.

Learn about Medicare health plan options so you can make the right decision. There will also be discussion about the importance of Long Term Care. Joe Garcia is a licensed Medicare health plan specialist who is prepared to have you come with questions and leave with answers.

Lyrics on the Lawn – Brena

Join the library four Thursdays evenings in August for an outdoor concert on the lawn.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket and your family and friends to enjoy some great FREE entertainment. Popcorn will be served by the Friends of the Library and you can also purchase a bottle of water for $1. This popular event has a great line-up this year!

Brena is a one-stop-shop when it comes to live entertainment. Their six member band, featuring guitars, drums, horns, violin, keyboards, and tight vocal harmonies, will keep you dancing all night long.

Their wide variety of songs offer a little something for everyone: ranging from oldies, to current top 40 hits, classic rock to smooth R&B, country to high energy dance music, and everything in between!
