For Children and their Parents
This class is child-centered to help improve focus, memory, self-esteem, along with reducing anxiety and stress. Yoga poses for kids are a lot like yoga for adults, but more fun as we incorporate large motor skills like dancing and playing. The parent’s participation is key to the success of the class as it benefits the kids to see their parents playing and having fun. Sing, dance, and play along with your little ones for a wonderful bonding opportunity for the whole family!
Please bring your own yoga mats if you have them.
