The library offers the program room and tutor rooms to be rented out for private events and meetings at a low cost or free for non-profits. Private rentals must be preapproved by a Room Rental Specialist or the Library Director. The Room Rental Policy must be read and followed for all rentals. A Room Rental Form must be signed and approved prior to the event date. Library events take prescience over room rentals.
