Participants use drumsticks to hit an exercise ball inside a bucket\, following the rhythm of the music while incorporating movements. It’s a whole-body workout for all ages and fitness levels\, even while sitting in a chair. Class sizes are limited to 20 participants\, so sign up for one class only. \nREGISTRATION REQUIRED.
