DESCRIPTION:Kara Weber (Physical Therapist Assistant) and Lauren Smithson (Physical Therapist) \nFor generations postpartum\, urinary\, bowel\, and any problems within the pelvis have been “hush hush.” Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy is a specialized branch targeted to find solutions and treat aches\, pains\, and problems originating in the abdominal and pelvic region. This presentation will be for those that would like to know some basic information to help themselves with pelvic health. \nThough all are welcome\, the presentation will be geared toward pregnant women\, women who have had a baby (even if it has been years)\, or women who generally struggle with similar issues as mentioned.
