Yoga poses for kids are a lot like yoga for adults\, but more fun as we incorporate large motor skills like dancing and playing. \nThe parent’s participation is key to the success of the class as it benefits the kids to see their parents playing and having fun. Sing\, dance\, and play along with your little ones for a wonderful bonding opportunity for the whole family! \nPlease bring your own yoga mats if you have them.
