Dig Into Reading: Summer Reading Program!
- Start time: 09:00am
- Description:
  Summer Reading Registration and Kick-Off Party will be held at the library on Saturday, June 15, 2013 from 10am - 12pm. When children register for the summer program they will receive a reading log and stickers to mark the days they read from June 15 - July 27. Set a goal and read, read, read!
  
  Children can read anything they choose and for as long as they want each day. If your child reaches their target goal they will receive a goody bag with small prizes on or after July 27th and be entered into a drawing to win one of our grand prizes on August 17, 2013.
  There will be weekly prizes, programs and incentives as children continue to come into the library and participate in this exciting six week program. All children ages 0-12 are invited to register. Parents with babies and pre-readers will be able to have them participate
  by reading to their children and this will make their children eligible for all the prizes and incentives in the program. Reporting is no longer required to be a participant in the Summer Reading Program, however, there will be optional reporting times at 11am on Mondays,
  Wednesdays, and Fridays, and 2pm on Tuesdays, and Thursdays for children who would still like to report on the books they have read. We hope to see many families joining
  our Summer Reading Program, using the library this summer, and reading for the fun of it!

Scholastic Book Fair

- Description:
  June 14 - 22, During Library Hours
  
  The Otsego Library will be hosting the Scholastic Book Fair filled primarily with books for preschool aged children through 8th Grade. We may even have a few Young Adult books in the mix!
  
  The Friends of the Library will be at the library to help you and your kids find some really great books at great prices!

Chess Club
- Start time: 03:00pm
- Description:
  Ages 9-18. Meet every Tuesday afternoon at 3pm to play chess. Beginners welcome.
  Bring your own chess set or use library sets.

"Pizza & Pages" Teen Book Club
- Start time: 06:30pm
- Description:
  The Teen Book Club will meet on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm.
  
  Jess will lead this book club for teens that reads current popular teen fiction. The only thing you need to bring with you is a few friends!
  
  April Book Selection: 'The Fault in Our Stars' by John Green
  
  PIZZA WILL BE SERVED!
  
  No registration or fee is required to join this book club!
